Description: Boldo leaves are known to stimulate and decongest the liver and are sometimes used for hepatitis. They increase the flow of bile and are also used for gallbladder problems, with such symptoms as dyspepsia, weak digestion, and lack of appetite, especially when associated with nervousness, tension, and stress. Boldo leaves are diuretic and are sometimes useful for relieving subacute cystitis, especially with mucus and are sometimes used for slimming.
Dosage: Decoction 1 cup 2-3 x daily
