an intense earthy aroma of Oak fruits and a special reddish-brown color that turns into a lovely caramel color after its crystallization which takes place very quickly (1-3 months after its collection).
 The oak is considered to be the world's most powerful antioxidant and is of limited production, especially the dark oak honey.
